As a busy nation we all do not exercise anywhere near how we should and the consequence of this is that our health is suffering. As exercise is a Miracle cure and there is strong evidence scientifically to prove doing any form of exercise helps to be happier and healthier and live longer no matter your age. Unfortunately society neglect to make it an imperative part of their lives and the consequence of this is our healh is now neglected.

Fact is we should all be more active in our daily lives and not use excuses how we do not have the time or we are too tired after a long day at work or with the children. Its simple really if you wish to live longer do some form of exercise and this could benefit you in so many ways. Physically and Mentally.
