My Journey
I first started my journey 5 years ago after I had my 4th child. I had no time or sitters to go to fitness classes or gym. I was feeling depressed, lazy and had

As I am a trained dance fitness teacher I decided I would need to source a programme to suit my needs and hopefully encourage others in my situation.
I needed something fun something different that would motivate me and particularly lose the baby belly which was my biggest insecurity.
I purchased a DVD package from social media.
The programme consisted of 6 days a week for three weeks with no longer than 45 minute workouts, however I couldn't do these to the book at is simply was too time consuming for a busy parent.

My Inspiration
With my knowledge of dance and fitness I scanned the workouts from beginners to advanced and devised my own routines adding my skills also and started off with a 20 min routine of dance/fit for 6 days for three weeks with no more than 25min of workouts. I also cut out any fatty foods and counted my calories.
I did not weigh myself as when you dance we normally go by measurement. I measured before I started and after the three weeks the results were unbelievable. I had lost inches all over in such little time and no long workouts all in the comfort of my home.
I became addicted and that's how it all began.
