It is said exercise on a daily basis can decrease the risk of many illnesses such as:

Just doing a little exercise each day can reduce your risk by up to 50% and lower your chance of early death by up to 30%.
The best of all is that exercise is "FREE" simple things like walking and cycling. If you have access to online sources there are many free workouts from beginners to advance such as yoga, pilates, easy exercise, stretching, HIIT training, children exercises and many more. All in the comfort of your own home for all ages and levels.
When I first started my Journey I used online workouts from home. As I got more confident in myself and fitter I purchased a bike from Gumtree which did not break the bank and started cycling. I now regularly cycle three times a week along the local canal as well as mixture of HIIT training, Yoga and my exercise bike and stepp machine which I also purchased from Gumtree.

No Excuses anyone can stay fit and healthy for "FREE"
