The Results of Regular Exercise Y ou should exercise at least 2 and half hours a week of moderate exercise  moderate intensity activity or 1 hour 15 for high intensity exercise  vigorous intensity activity To help keep healthy and live longer any kind of exercise a day is proven to reduce illnesses.  Adults should: On a daily basis at home I usually exercise 5 or 6 days a week. This may sound a lot however for me just doing some physical exercise makes me feel better in the mind and in my appearance.      The Guidelines state that adults should: work on shoulders, hips, abdomen, legs, chest and arms at least two days a week which are   strengthening activities . The best of all is that exercise is " FREE" simple things like walking and cycling. If you have access to online sources there are many free workouts from beginners to advance such as yoga, pilates, easy exercise, stretching, HIIT training, children exercises and many more. All in the comfort of your own home for all ages and levels. When I first started my Journey I used online workouts from home. As I got more confident in myself and fitter I purchased a bike from Gumtree which did not break the bank and started cycling. Are you a busy full time parent maybe working or studying? Do  you feel you cant get time for yourself to be fit and healthy. Do you have 10 min a day? If Yes to all these questions follow my blog.  "IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN"  My Journey I first started my journey 5 years ago after I had my 4th child. I had no time or sitters to go to fitness classes or gym. I was feeling depressed, lazy and had  extra baby weight, I had to do something.  😊 As I am a trained dance fitness  teacher I  decided I would need to source  a programme to suit my needs and hopefully encourage others in my situation. I needed something fun something different that would motivate me and particularly lose the baby belly which was my biggest insecurity.
